Let's Go a Hop Hop Hopping!

Introducing the Bowling Green Gallery Hop

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. –Get ready, it's the first annual citywide Bowling Green Gallery Hop! Get a hop in your step or hop on the FREE shuttle to come hop along with us! Four Friday evenings this year the Independent Galleries, Studio Centers and Non-Profit Galleries from all over town will open their doors for fellow all to tantalize their creative senses with great original art.

Pick up your FREE extensive guide and map to the creative hopping grounds of Bowling Green and let it be your tool to acquiring a masterpiece for your personal collection. Hop along with us on these Fridays: February 29, May 2, August 8 and December 12 from 5:00PM - 8:00PM at the following participating locations: Arlene's Art Studio & Gallery, The Gallery at 916, Memphis Marsha's Art Gallery & Classes, Rickman Pottery, Pushin Building Artists' Studio, Retrograde Studios, Capitol Arts Center, IWFAC Gallery, The Kentucky Library and Museum, The Presbyterian Church and VSA arts of Kentucky.

Pick your own route or HOP on the FREE shuttle service! The Shuttle will start at the Kentucky Museum and Library and circulate every 20 minutes, stopping at every gallery hop destination. FREE guides will be available at all gallery hop locations.

THE BOWLING GREEN GALLERY HOP is a unique collaboration between the city's Independent Galleries, Non-Profit Galleries and Studio Centers to provide all citizens and visitors of Bowling Green great artistic opportunities and experience its cultural arts community. We encourage art enthusiasts and the newly inquisitive to mark your calendars and fill your Friday evenings with artful inspiration.

You'll find an array of fine art techniques at every location including: drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, photography, sculpture, home furnishings, clothing & accessories, stationary and so much more. Take this opportunity to observe, ask questions and enjoy getting acquainted with our area artists.
