• Promoted event through membership in military reunion association
• Coordinated with U.S. Congressman Guthrie’s office to make formal presentation to group
• Arranged local off-site activities for attendees and families

Accelerated Christian Education Conference: Regional and National, 2010

• Headquartered Western Kentucky University
• Secured restaurant and attraction discounts for participants
• Approximately 2,000 participants

• Headquartered at Sloan Convention Center
• Provided on-site group assistance at meeting
• 500 room nights each year
