Rolling farmlands, Jersey cows and the best ice cream in Kentucky, according to USA Today, are only the beginning at Chaney's. Settle in for lunch or dinner and enjoy a full array of favorites with homemade soup, hot sandwiches and desserts for later in the day. Choose from a wide selection of Kentucky made products in our gift shop. A new dining area and additional restrooms are available, plus a playground with two monster slides and an enclosed pavilion that can be rented for special events. Catering, parties, and farm tours are available; please call ahead for meeting space, concession trailer and tour appointments.
Chaney's will offer Summer Family Farm Tours on Fridays & Mondays during June & July. These tours are available at 1pm and are perfect for individuals and families - no minimum number of people required. Please call in advance to make an appointment. Cost is $8 per person or groups of 10 or more are $6/person. The farm tour includes the hayride to the farm (weather permitting), a visit with a calf, a live milking demonstration, information about cows, dairy & farm life and a scoop of Chaney's Ice Cream in a cup.
Hours: Lunch and dinner Monday - Saturday 11am-9pm, Sunday 12-8pm. Extended hours and walk up window in summer. Closed in January.
