Woodburn sits in one of Warren County's most fertile agricultural regions and includes a number of picturesque 19th century homes. Incorporated in 1866, the town once boasted a railroad depot, hotel, stockyard, bank, doctors' offices, feed store, funeral parlor and other amenities. Cedar Bluff, a 19th century women's school, was located just outside town.
