Kicking off the fall season are weekly Pumpkin Festivals at Jackson’s Orchard, something you won’t want to miss out on. That means taking wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, picking out your own pumpkin, walking through the corn maze, visiting the petting zoo, taking pony rides, playing in the straw castle, face painting, visiting the goat ranch, and going down the cider slider. Not to mention all the great food including the Jackson’s Orchard’s hot dog cart, caramel apples, apple slushes, peach and apple pies and more!

You can also join Chaney’s Dairy Barn for fall fun on the farm. There are several family activities including the jumbo jumping pillow, barnyard playground and a corn maze. Not to mention it’s where you can try the #1 homemade ice cream in Kentucky!

Take a walk in the Lost River Cave valley along the Scarecrow Trail to meet one-of-a-kind scarecrows guiding your way along the trails.

Feeling adventurous? Dare to take part in Skeleton’s Lair Scream Park. Named one of the “31 must see haunts in America” in 2013, Skeleton’s Lair is sure to send you running for the hills! The show is a high energy, specialty themed event featuring a Doomsday Doll House, haunted woods, and the skeleton 3D zone.
