Guided Deep Relaxation in the Salt CaveVisit Website
In this 45 minute salt cave session, allow yourself to get deeper into relaxation while guided through physically and mentally relaxing the body while enjoying all the benefits of the salt cave! Experience breathing techniques to enhance the benefits of the salt cave, and to soothe symptoms of anxiety, depression, or chronic pain.
Sessions are at 3pm on Aug. 15 and 6pm on Aug. 25.
All events will follow the governor's group mandates and CDC recommendations for sanitizing and social distancing
