Spring and summer quickly approaches. Are you ready to get out of your sweaters and into your spring/summer outfits? Prepare by supplementing your dieting and workout with yoga practice! You can join Chie,who is teaching a Japanese "flow yoga" class that is designed to tone your body and adjust your posture in preparation for the spring and summer.
Please note that although this is an "all-level" class taught in Japanese, non-Japanese speakers are welcome. Everyone from yoga beginners to experienced yogis can participate, enjoy, and benefit from the class.
