Indian Hills Country ClubVisit Website
Designed in 1956 by golf course architect, William B. Langford, Indian Hills combines gently rolling hills and tight, tree-lined fairways offering a private, scenic, and unique day of golf. Email email@example.com for more information about hosting a scramble or tournament at IHCC.
From fairways to greens and everything in between, the IHCC team is keeping it green! In 2012, they introduced a new hybrid grass, called T-1, to the greens. This dark green grass stands up to Bowling Green’s summer heat and is expected to perform as well or better than the current G-2 grasses. Using other types of warm season grasses, including the Midiron Bermudagrass on the fairways and Zoysia within the tee boxes (plus the right amount of irrigation) ensures a green and vibrant course every round throughout the spring and summer season.
Course Improvements began in 2014 and included installation of a new irrigation system, continuous cart paths on the back nine, improved and expanded practice areas, and the installation of new bunkers. The course also features the “Billy Bunker System” that provides consistent playing conditions and prevents washouts during heavy rains.
