Downtown Bowling Green

Downtown Bowling Green is filled with quaint shops, local restaurants, live music, historic architecture, and year-round festivities all located along the block known as Fountain Square Park – an enchanting green space lined with beautifully restored historic buildings, a fountain in the center, and dotted with a vibrant history that dates back to 1872.

It’s here in the Downtown district where you can catch a live performance at SkyPAC or The Capitol, enjoy a seasonal Saturday stroll through the local vendors at SOKY Marketplace, and shop local for hand-crafted or boutique items – all within a few blocks of our charming square with gorgeous scenery.

Throughout the year, our downtown is the site of many festivals and events including Duncan Hines Days and the International Festival just to name a few! Browse below to see the mix of downtown restaurants, shops and things to do!
