Check out BG's newest visitor activity with a Historic City Tour of Bowling Green via the BG Trolley! This scenic and entertaining ride begins at the National Corvette Museum and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Points of interest include Reservoir Hill, Fort CF Smith, Fountain Square Park, Circus Square, Western Kentucky University, the Historic RailPark & Train Museum, and MORE!

The Trolley Tour is a fully narrated tour highlighting the vibrant history of our beautiful city. On this ride, you can learn how Bowling Green got its name, find out why the city was occupied by the Union and Confederacy during the Civil War, discover how it emerged from the ashes of war to become a popular tourist destination and the home of one America's most iconic sports cars.

Tours are available by reservation on Fridays & Saturdays at 10am, 12pm & 2pm for $20 per person.

Operated by the Historic RailPark & Train Museum, the Bowling Green Trolley blends modern amenities with rustic charm and sensibility. The 34-passenger trolley is perfectly suited for a variety of public and private events. A combination of forward and center-facing seating accommodates flowing gowns for wedding events, while its built-in sound system allows you to choose the soundtrack for your evening. A wireless PA system also allows for live narration, making the Bowling Green Trolley the ideal venue for your next tour of our beautiful city. The Bowling Green Trolley is fully accessible to passengers with physical limitations, and seating for up to two wheelchairs is available upon request.
