Canoe and kayak enthusiasts can find several safe put-in and take-out areas at Warren County Parks for trips lasting a few hours up to most of the day. There are a couple of private outfitters in the area if you did not travel with gear, and a KY fishing license can be acquired at Wal-Mart, Cabela's and other outdoor retailers in the Bowling Green area. The Southeastern Kentucky Rivers Blueway Project promotes river stewardship and the utilization of Leave No Trace ethics.
